Shipping to the USA

MORI orders to the US are exempt from duties and taxes as long as the total order value (including the shipping fee) does not exceed $800. Please note that these are guidelines and we advise you to check at your local customs bureau to confirm if any import fees will apply

MORI does not ship to P.O. boxes or U.S. Military Postal Service (MPS). Please provide a physical address at checkout to avoid a delay in shipping.

Return policy

If you'd like to return for a refund please email our Customer Care team at hello@babymori.com within 30 days of receiving your parcel. All returns are at the customer’s own expense if you reside outside of the UK. 

We ask you to provide your order number and the items, you would like to return for a refund.

MORI cannot accept back for a refund, Underwear and Personalised items, along with Face masks which are non-returnable for public health reasons. Nor can we accept back personalised garments.

All items must be returned new, unused and in original MORI packaging (excluding gift packaged items). 

If you are not the original purchasers (it was a gift) a gift card will be issued to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.

MORI can only accept back whole items, please note stater sets, supreme sets, multipacks etc are considered a whole item and cannot be partially returned. 

Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer

Make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package - Items or orders you would like to return should be sent back to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched

Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days
